How we protect your request
- We will never ask for your password or payment-card information on this form.
- We verify ownership of the account before completing any deletion.
- Deletion requests are stored securely and are not shown publicly.
Have an active Stripe subscription? You can submit this request without canceling first. You may also need to cancel the recurring subscription directly through Stripe. If you need help canceling, contact us at info@guidetogenius.com.
What happens next: For a complete account deletion, we will permanently delete your Mood Guru account and the personal, user-created data associated with it — we do not merely disable or deactivate the account. Certain limited records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or regulatory reasons, and only for as long as required by applicable law. We will explain any required retention when we respond to your request.
